Tutoring Approach

I monitor and evaluate students performance through internal examination and seminar questions. To enhance their learning I set up an online learning Google Group where the study material related to the course can be accessed and downloaded free of charge; also students are encouraged to post their questions online and participate in any discussion related to their subjects of studies. My teaching method is student centered, therefore students` involvement is paramount. I always try to avoid monotonous methods of teaching to increase interactive learning; this is done by showing how does the topic covered apply to both their living and working environments.
